Honestly? The CZ P-07. It doesn't get the love it deserves, especially with everyone defaulting to Glocks or Sigs these days.
It stood out that it's a DA/SA polymer pistol that actually feels good in the hand. The trigger in SA mode is clean, and the reset is short. Super easy to shoot fast and accurately. Also super reliable with alot of different types of ammo

Nice pick with the CZ P-07, hard to argue with a DA/SA with that kind of trigger and reliability. One underrated firearm I’ve always come back to is the Mossberg 500 Cruiser.
What makes it stick is how stupid-simple and solid it feels. You’ve got the pump you can run right-handed or left-handed, it’s lightweight, and those ghost-ring sights are surprisingly accurate out to 25–50 yards. Plus, the way the action handles a wide variety of buckshot and slugs with zero issues, even with budget ammo, is wild. Especially for home defense or quick fieldwork, it just gets out of your way and shoots where you look.
It might not have the flash of a pristine match gun, but its reliability, ease of handling, and adaptability make it a sleeper favorite for me.
