Scopes You Trust in the Field

Let's talk about scopes that you can rely on and trust. I mean scopes that’ve been bounced around in the truck, dragged through the woods, maybe dropped a time or two, and still hold zero.

I’ve run a Leupold VX-5HD 3-15x44 on my .308 the last couple seasons. Got rained on, and took a solid knock falling off the side-by-side… still dead-on. Glass is clean edge to edge, no fuss.

Also ran a Primary Arms SLx 1-6 on my AR. Wasn’t expecting much but it’s held zero after a pile of rounds and a couple knocks. For the price, kinda hard to hate it.

I don’t care what’s new or flashy—what’s actually held up for you when it mattered?

Let’s hear it. No fluff.

I’ve beat the hell outta a Trijicon AccuPoint 2.5-10x56 on my hog rifle—thing’s taken more abuse than a rental car in deer camp. Still tracks, still holds zero, even after a full faceplant in South Texas mud.

Vortex Viper HD 3-15x44 - pretty decent overall scope
