The shield plus is compact will make it easier to tuck away. slight palm swell gives you solid control without feeling bulky. The trigger has a smooth break, and the texture is just grippy enough without being abrasive.

The glock 19(9mm) is an all around fav especially for people like my wife or daughter. Versatile, mid-size, manageable recoil, and widely available accessories. Great for concealed carry. Its also a common glock that law enforcement carry, so if its good enough for them then it's good enough for me.
